Are We Failing Our Young Adults As A Society?

A crucial question that we—as a community, should ask ourselves. After watching this clip from The Kardashians, it was encouraging to see that there are more of us who understand how vital it is to not give up on people who acknowledge that they have made terrible mistakes and truly want to become a better individual for themselves and society.
Too often, we have encountered the mentality of casting out those who have made mistakes or have troubled behavior while coining these individuals as a lost cause or saying it's too late for them. No judgement on the young man above, but I honed in on his arm message, "Life Sucks." What made him resolve that within himself and embed that constant reminder on his arm? Those are things that we—as a community should pay attention to. People express their hurts in different ways that sometimes can get overlooked by tattoos, clothing, and/or behavior.
It would be a perfect world if we were able to catch every unpleasant thing before it became an issue in our lives; however, in reality—we don't know what we don't know. If we have not been taught how to respond, we will react. That could look like someone doing what they have seen or heard and perceive it to be an effective method to deal with their problems, hurts, and pains—regardless of whether it is ethical or not. If there is no one within our realm of influence that is willing to help, give insight and empowerment, then those poor choices are likely to perpetuate.
Help Young Adults Arizona—Your Helping Hand

Help Young Adults Arizona is passionate about reaching those who want to be helped yet don't know where to find those who want to help them. It's not only about giving help, but also giving hope. We have come across many young adults who are lacking hope and therefore reject the help. Hope is where it starts. Understanding their why and getting to the root of their issues while replacing false ideals will aid in helping young adults realize that there are options and resources to help them improve their lives and live a healthy life that they can thrive in. It is possible and we are here to help make it happen.
We are always looking for more like-minded and like-hearted people to join in our efforts. Please reach out to us if you want to be a part of our movement or know someone who needs our help.
